Unfortunately no :(
I can't imagine California ever not taxing any itmes for purchase. But I guess if you are the 5th largest economy in the world then I can't expect them to lose out on all the tax money. Do they not charge tax on groceries and eating out? That is a weird thought. Going out to eat and not paying taxes. Maybe I should move to another state.
